I have trained marathon runners – triathletes & cyclists to their best finishes
I train weekend warriors, housewives, doctors, endurance athletes, and other fitness aficionados to get the most out of their lives.
Extensive and continuing education including: Advanced Proficiency in Torso (Core) Stability, lower back strengthening, stability ball training, flexibility, youth training, nutrition and periodization for athletes

Stephen puts an emphasis on safe technique, posture and body control including balance, stabilization, and flexibility. Our goal is to assist you toward your fitness goals while encouraging a healthy lifestyle.
